My Wonderful Memories in 2018-2020

 

Sebenernya perjalanan ku 2018 - 2020 cukup mengesankan, ada memori yang baik dan ada yang tidak baik, namun aku berusaha menampilkan memori yang baik saja tanpa melupakan memori yang tidak baik.

Mba ade, salah satu temen ku yang hatinya menurutku tabah banget~

ini teman baik ku Depi si Bride to be, haha~~ 

Depi temen ku sejak SMP, hatinya baik sekali~

(1 keluarganya baik semua, hahaha)

ini temen ku, mereka ikut nonton konser TVXQ! , ini kali pertama aku menonton konser~

teriak-teriak, hati deg-deg an karena nonton konser Idol yang disukai sejak SD kelas 6.

aku berusaha terus membuat diriku bahagia,

aku berterima kasih karena mendapat support dari Orangtua , Sepupu, dan Teman-teman ku, 

aku sering bercerita problem yang aku hadapi (bertemu orang yang suka Bully, Toxic, Sociopath, dan bener2 melukai batin)

dan aku sering banget nelpon temen malam2.. (so sorry)

aku tidak berusaha melupakan kejadian2 buruk yang pernah aku alami, namun aku berusaha tetap menampilkan hal-hal positif sehingga energi yang ku bawa untuk orang pun Positif~..

REVIEW - TWINLIGHT LASER FOTONA - Nathalie Beauty Center

hallo,

aku mau kabarin sekitar November 2018 aku melakukan treatment Twinlight laser dengan mesin Fotona..
sebelumnya sekita bulan Agustus 2018 lalu aku laser di jakarta juga Laser Resurfacing dan pas balik jambi Laser Twin light ..

Before laser, ini aku ada spot merah masih karena pas aku dinas keluar kota sempat jerawatan lagi T.T lalu dinas keluarkotanya itu ke perdesaan yang susah dijangkau untuk apa-apa (ga ada clinic, dokter aja jauh, apa lagi rumah sakit yang bagus).

Muka aku super sensitive..

step-step :
- Bersihkan muka
- Anestesi
- Laser ;

         Lasernya ada berapa step sih ga cuma 1 macam laser ;
- Laser di area scar tertentu ,
- Subsicion / Subsisi .
Subsisi aku tau dari Youtubenya Yulia Baltchun dia juga subsisi.

Subsisi ini satu metode untuk mengangkat kulit kita yang scar seperti ketarik ke dalam,
aku ada baca sih metode subsisi biasa efektif digunakan untuk scar model Rolling Scar. Sedangkan icepick scar itu dengan laser .

Subsicion ini dengan cara Dokter menusukkan jarum ke kulit kita dengan jarum steril yang hanya bisa dipakai 1x pakai.
NB ; Ingat yah, pastikan kredibilitas dan skill dokter yang menangani kulit kalian.


- Laser keseluruhan Wajah (menembakkan laser dengan kekuatan tertentu sesuai kulit kita untuk memperbaiki tekstur kulit kita, dan membuat bintik-bintik seperti fractional laser)
 - Masker

(additional : boleh minta obat untuk recovery lebih cepat, aku sih suntik di bagian tangan).

nah setelah selesai juga siap2 kipas dah, bakal terasa panas setelah laser karena anestesinya mulai terasa ilang..

DAY 1 (After Laser) :

awal-awal muka kayak bengkak gitu menurut ku, cuma ya nanti lama kelamaan ga bengkak lagi kok..

Obat yang digunakan :
- Recovery Gel (seperti serum tapi cuma pakai ini aja , ga pakai apa2 lagi)..


Day 3 ;

jika kalian perhatikan itu ada sempat putih-putih itu muncul jerawat, mungkin ada pemupukan sel kulit mati kali yah jadi muncul kecil gitu..

ini hari ke 3 setelah Laser Twinlight, belum kelupas atau gimana sih..
tetap pakai recovery gelnya itu .



DAY 8 :

Ini mulai kelupas-kelupas beberapa area, pori2 kita memang jadi mengecil dan muka yang awal bengkak itu kini sudah gak sebengkak awal pasca h+1 laser..

DAY 9 :

ini sudah mengelupas yang koreng-korengnya.. sisa beberapa area lagi ..
DAY 16 :

Day 16 sudah terkelupas semua dan rasa kulit lebih sehat, ya?

1. Perlu berapa kali laser sih baru bisa mulus?
A : hmm, kurang tau sih, cuma menurutku emang ga cukup 1 kali aja, tergantung wajah masing-masing sih, ga bisa kita samakan.


2. Gak bisa langsung kinclong gitu?
A : menurutku semua butuh proses sih,memang gak secepat seperti iklan-iklan janji manis obat-obat mujarab, tapi better la ya kondisi kulit ku sekarang (perlu bersyukur).. 

3. Mahal gak yah?
A : Sekitar 2juta deh kalau ga salah inget.. coba telp aja ke klinik nya..

First of all, I have a sensitive skin, acne scar and redness, I have super Oily skin when I'm in Indonesia and Dry skin when I'm in Korea (May be it because the season from Autumn to Winter).


Time to cleans my face :

                                Remove sunscreen, and cleansing my face before take photos.



Before consultation their beautician take photos of my bare face

My skin issues which were mainly  :
